Interactive Brokers Group, LLC (IBG) was founded by its Chairman and CEO Thomas Peterffy. Over the last 30 years, IBG has grown internally to become one of the premier securities firms with over $2.8 billion in equity capital. Interactive Brokers’ headquarters are in Greenwich, CT. The firm has about 500 employees in its offices there and in Chicago, Switzerland, Canada, Hong Kong, London, and Sydney. Interactive Brokers conducts its broker/dealer and proprietary trading businesses on over 60 market centers worldwide.
