Job Title: Analyst/Associate, Quantitative Application Group
Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality code for cutting-edge data mining tools on a creative development team
- Work closely with financial analysts on innovative research ideas, data collection requirements, and analysis
- Contribute to the next-generation of our technology and research from day 1
Required Skills:
- High level of motivation and creative problem-solving
- Solid computer science background and interest in finance
- Strong grasp of object oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
- Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
- Extensive SQL experience is a big plus
- Comprehensive understanding of .NET Framework and CLR is a big plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education:
- Minimum of a 4-year degree in computer science or related field
- Solid knowledge in mathematics and statistics preferred
