Job Title: Quantitative Associate, Research and Development

Job Description:

The position will involve leveraging superior computer science and analytic skills to help us expand our coverage universe and improve our existing models.

Typical projects will involve determining what types of information about particular companies and sectors might be publicly available over the Internet and how such information might be utilized and collected in a way that will add value to institutional investors.

Required Skills:

• Computer Science degree (preferably advanced) from a top university with a consistent record of academic excellence
• Understanding of and passion for the equities market
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively without a lot of direction
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to work long hours

Education:

• Minimum of a 4-year degree, preferably in computer science
• Master's or Ph.D. preferable
• Microsoft developer certifications a plus
