Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

Job Description:

Work in tandem with senior members of our sales team to provide sales coverage to existing clients and new prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working knowledge of the industries that Majestic covers.
  • Introduce and market new Majestic products and services.
  • Help manage existing relationships by informing clients of current actionable ideas and providing analyst access. Track client subscription levels and generate up-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain records of contacts using Bigdough CRM software.
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend marketing events.
  • Build client book underneath guidance of sr. salesperson

Reporting Relationship:

Will report to senior sales

Required Skills:

  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Mature communicator capable of handling high-profile clients.
  • Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of approaches to different prospects and clients.
  • Working knowledge of sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of/Interest in learning the financial markets.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (with 1-3 years’ sales experience preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years work experience
